  • I have been doing reformer for awhile now and every week Taylor still challenges me! It's a killer workout with great music. Taylor explains all the moves with modifications for all levels. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to sweat!
  • I enjoy all the groups!! I go to FMFB 3 to 4 times a week, and no matter which class I join in on, I always get a good core/balance/flexibility workout. And at 65 years old, who doesn't need all three of those! Instructors are knowledgable and professional👍👊
  • My first group class was a positive experience. Taylor went over the movements at our last training session so I felt confident enough to try a group. Normally that's not my thing. There was lots of support from Taylor and she gave me some positive feedback at the end. I look forward to attending a class next week!
