• Wednesday My building had a fire drill. I’m on the 15th floor. There are two flights of stairs for each floor. I walked down all of them. My thighs were screaming. Thursday I did a double session at my water exercise class. Friday I had my welcome, wonderful massage. My muscles and I are on speaking terms again. Thank you.
