• I have not been able to do yoga for some time due to a medical issue. The entire team at Fireshaper welcomed me back with open arms and truly cared about my first class back. It truly is a place for the mind body and spirit. When all three parts come together that is extremely special.

• I enjoyed the teacher and I have been away from yoga for about two years, on recommendation from my Naturopathic Doctor/Chiropractor, adrenal fatigue issues. I used to teach there and it is always great to come back to my home studio. I'm so sore today and felt pretty energized after class. I can't wait to go back. Based on how good I felt, instead of very depleted and drained that lead me to switch to Pilates for a while, I'm feeling great about going to another class this week. Plus, I have some weight to lose! This is Tina Vero, old teacher from 2008-2009. All my best to Nat and John!!!
