• Catherine inspires and motivates to plant acorns and cultivate oak trees. Nicola is soothing, playful, and thorough. Her class is multi-faceted goodness. Kristi is assertive with just the right amount of sweetness. Shir will gently whip you into shape and flow your worries away. Jen c is a supernova and her room feels like the 4th of july. Refer back to 2/26/21. These people make me better. Should change the name to lifeshaper. In your face real hot.

• Every instructor I have used thus far is amazing. I wasn't too fond of Denise because she didn't allow me in the class when I ran late and still charged me BUT I still love this location.
