The studio is Very clean , organized and the Heat is perfect for a Hor Yoga practice. Ann Led the practice w passion and inspiration loved her dialog and interpretation of a 60 minute ( Bikram ) style practice. The amenities ( shower, changing Locker rooms was all very Nice

Everyone is so welcoming and pleasant! Only thing i can suggest is i did enjoy when the red dots where used for spacing, but i get that everyone is free to layout where they like, i just think it helps create order and just gives each person a bit of leg room to stretch out if needed but i would come either way!
