The instructor was super friendly and informative as I hadn't taken a class in awhile. She never hovered over me in class which I appreciated - she let me adapt in my own- and before we went in she gave some quick tips if we were feeling too hot or overwhelmed. Very safe and inclusive environment. Already booked my next class.
