This class was fun and Well planned it was such a good hour of intense yoga sculpture I I am not a current member Also the studio is very clean and the girls at the front desk were very attentivebut would definitely drop in now and then if this classes were all like this one

Because of the instructor, Ellen is an amazing teacher. She teaches form as well as function. She takes her time to explain how to do oppose the right way, so they were no injuries.
