Warm and friendly staff. Maria was very attentive in class. The yoga studio is very clean and well kept. Really like it here!
It was an intense workout but great for beginners. It's been a while since I've done yoga but I was able to keep up with the pace of the class. I sweat a lot more than I thought I would. I usually do weight training and cardio but at the end of the class I felt like I worked on every muscle without the strain on my body. Great class 👍🏾
