• Fireshaper North Haledon is the best yoga studio around. Love the classes and teachers. The newest teacher, Alexa is amazing. Her classes are challenging but calming at the same time. Love taking her Sunday morning classes as well as all the classes. Highly recommend this studio!

• A bunch of reasons but the first is the staff! Caryn is an amazing guide for my personal yoga journey which began later in life. She is encouraging and non judgmental in her approach to teaching;it is obvious she prepares and takes pride in her work, her music always amazing as are the flows. I am also grateful that I don't have to fight for a parking space or park a distance especially in the winter. I an enormous fan of the spaghetti floor as well. I won't take class with out that type of flooring,you've ruined me for other studios!

• I like Caryn's class. For me, some poses are still hard and difficult to do. However she's paying attention to us all the time. And she correct the poses if we do them incorrectly. It's depend on the job schedule but it's lot of fun and refreshing the mind and body! I love to join her class!
