• I am a long-time Fireshaper member. I find all the teachers inspiring and challenging. They are aware of their student's needs and modify accordingly. Some days I feel strong and not so strong on other days, and yet I can adapt each class to my own needs. I have an old back injury, and currently have a knee issue, and my physicians are amazed at my level of activity/flexibility. Thank you Fireshaper.
