• Fireshaper of North Heldon has a unique aura which helps to balance your soul. Whatever mood or mental state I come with, the weight somehow is being washed away and helps to balance not only physically but mentally. In today's class Caryn's soft guiding voice helped to creating a beautiful start of my day. I left the class physically exhausted yet full of energy and good spirits, feeling better and stronger. ❤️❤️❤️
