All the instructors are attentive to each student, new and advanced, helping to adjust positioning, giving cues on how to modify or deepen your poses/practice, with opportunities to challenge/strengthen your body and mind. The community itself is welcoming, encouraging and supportive. Best thing I ever did for myself.
