• There is a beautiful sense of warmth (haha) and community that is both welcoming and reassuring. You can push yourself to your own personal comfort and limits, and release the fear of judgement or competition with others. The instructors are kind and helpful, and very present as they guide the classes, each in their own unique way. I love Fireshaper, North Haledon, and will always recommend it to friends and to anyone who may seem interested.
