• I feel at home with the instructors and programs. There is a certain amount of drive and nurtureing from everyone i have never had a bad session even with a certain amount of ailments and bad stuff i am trying to overcome.. Its aall Good Stuff at fireshapers and thats what i need

• I really enjoyed this class because Amanda is a great teacher. As a beginner she is easy to follow but challenging. I really like that she gives many modifications for the poses. She makes the class fun and relaxing.
