• Caryn is excellent in her vibe, her instruction is clear, specific and her adjustments are crazily universal. You always feel like she's speaking directly to you. You can be a beginner or advanced and you can do her class. Her taste in music for lava is also amazing! Her class encompasses mind, body and spirit. The benefits from having taken her class go beyond expectation everytime. 💯 a 5!
