• Class is very organized. Teacher speaks clearly and effectively. She teaches the asana sequence that is easy to follow. The studio is clean and adheres to the CDC guidelines of social distancing and mask wearing. Last, the heat in the studio is effective in detoxing the body. I always feel great the next day.
