• I love north Heldon Fireshaper energy. All the teachers are very passionate about yoga practice and its community. It feels like home where everyone knows you and happy to see you. The energy in the studio is absolutely amazing, friendly and loving. When I step into the studio it feels like a warm blanket wraps around me. Having Tara teach Saturday class was an amazing treat. I was fortunate to take one class with her in the past and totally loved it. So happy she taught the class and shared her beautiful energy.
