• The flow was clearly carefully planned, exactly what I needed at that time in the morning. I usually feel like the flow classes are perfect for my level while allowing me the chance to challenge myself. Overall, the flow classes are beneficial for any intention you set at the beginning, whether it be a physical, mental, or spiritual intention.
