• There is a class for everyone at FireShaper. My work schedule changed and I've been taking classes all times of the day, which also made me realize how energizing a late afternoon class can be. I've learn to become unattached to my normal routine and that not being able to take a 6:30 a.m. class is not going to ruin my day. All the instructors are challenging, yet offer modifications, to enable you to obtain the most benefit from all poses. The energy in the room during class is always magical. You never know what you are going to come away with.
