This place is awesome . Everyone. There is so nice .
I went there because of a Groupon and I am sure I will get more sessions . When you get there you have to change into a rope and put on some shoes . Then you inside the machine and they close you take your rope Off and you stay in for 3 minuets your move every 15 seconds is amazing . This is supposed to help you for a lot stuff so I am hoping o get a lot results. .some costumers told me that their pains are gone after 7 weeks of going and they were really happy with it.
After that you get to do another machine for 6 minutes that vibrates .
After you can do their compression boots for like 15 .
The girls that are working there are super. Ice and patience .

Checked this out for the first time. The compression leg sleeves definitely make your legs feel refreshed. It's like a deep tissue massage. Their machine can pinpoint certain areas of your legs that hurt or work the entire leg. The cyro chamber is really nice. They have a changing room where you then put on gloves, socks and boots. You stand in it for 3 minutes and it is cold. I'm used to ice baths but this is way colder! My body definitely felt better after. I won't say 100% better but I'm definitely more mobile since doing it. This is definitely something I would do again to help recover quicker and help stay active.

Great place for cryotherapy and shake plate therapy. If you don't know, shaking the body creates the piezoelectric effect with the droplets of fat that is suspended in water in ALL of our cell membranes. When this happens it helps drain lymph from the body via the liver. When you ditch the toxins in the lymph your mitochondria works more efficiently making your brain and body more energetic and productive.

Cold therapy forces the body to create called thermogenesis. This process burns fat and stimulates proteins that burn glycogen (where glucose is mostly stored). It also produces a high Vagal tone which basically means that the vagal nerve is loud and communicates bodily information better to the brain then a low vagal tone would. Higher vagal tone = more consistent energy and healthier glucose levels.

I can honestly say that I did not know what I was walking into. This experience was amazing. I called the day before and spoke to Bella who explained everything to me in detail. I've been battling a herniated disc and was looking into alternative options besides the pain meds they keep pushing. I can across this service via Yelp! I must say it was everything that she described. I can't say I'm a % but I'm in less pain then when I came in. I will definitely be back for more sessions.

Lauren was super nice and informative about all the services and benefits of whats offered there. She definitely is invested in her business and her customers and has a super warm personality. I got the cryofacial which felt amazing and did the normatec boots and it was weird, but it felt really good and I was super relaxed. I would definitely come here again and try the infrared sauna and the cryo chamber.

Today was my first day trying the whole body cryotherapy. I must admit I was a bit nervous but Lauren answered all my questions and put me at ease. Once you're inside the cold temperature is not so bad. Afterwards you get an euphoric sensation. I booked 3 more sessions on the spot. Highly recommended!
