• Autumn made my first post-Covid cut back at Finley’s in Westlake a wonderful experience. Jordan had been cutting my hair previous and she let me know that he’d started his own shop in Davenport and that he was sorely missed. Very generous and gracious in her focus on ensuring that I have a great customer experience, regardless of whether I choose to follow Jordon and stay at Finley’s. That customer-centric approach was all I needed to just sit tight and enjoy the the cut and conversation
