• Brittany did an excellent job cutting my hair your reservation system no not being able to call. The local office is very frustrating. I saw online there was an open appointment but I couldn't get a hold of anybody to book the appointment and then it was gone. I think you should allow customers to call the local office on day off and if she's busy, then they could reroute to your answering service. I almost didn't go in for another haircut because of that frustration.
