• I had a late appointment scheduled with my usual staff member, but discovered shortly before my appointment very late in the day that she was out sick. I really needed a haircut for some events coming up today and through the Weekend. Mendy Dietert kindly volunteered to give me a haircut and a shave. She was very friendly, accommodating, and did a great job.
