• The end result was a 10, but I felt the staff was a bit cold and rushed. We were almost 10 min late, so I could see why they were trying so hard to get back on schedule. Regardless, I like to go to places where the staff is calm and kind even when there are some scheduling issues. It might be a good idea to pad the schedules a little bit, so that the staff is not so stressed.
