• I love my Stylist. She just moved to your shop. Your booking app is a nightmare. It is almost impossible for me to book services for myself and my sons. There are many dead ends and quarks that are really horrible. I would be happy to provide examples. (Like the fact that I can't book different services for myself and my son at the same time without creating two different independent appointments, and that I can't add a service like beard trim after I have selected a cut for myself and my son. My guess is that no one in you company have fully tested using this app as a family customer.) I almost went to my old shop because your booking app is so bad. I enjoyed you shop. Won't keep coming if it is so difficult to set appointments.
