• Crissy is by far the best stylist I've ever had. I drive 40min to sit with her and I know that I can count on her being there consistently and doing a great job. The communications of the Finley company however, is frustrating. I don't need to be spammed to death after making a booking. I don't need an email and multiple text messages from multiple numbers reminding me to show up - it's frustrating. I agreed to the cancellation policy - take my reservation and forced credit card information and leave me alone after something is scheduled. If you really want to send a note out then figure out how to send a calendar event like everyone else does with a 1 day reminder. Then at most you send a reminder text the morning of that you're looking forward to seeing me. I do events for a living and your execution of reminders and appointments is really second rate and takes away from what could feel like a premier experience.
