• Quality facilities, professional and friendly personal. Barbers with great sense of humour. When employees are happy you can sense that in the environment. COVID-19 procedures could be better though. I parked outside Plano location with appointment, waiting to be called but barber missed me because did not recognise my car. I finally went inside against instructions on the door and barber thought I was late. It would be better for barbers to call customer to invite them in, if we are not allowed to wait in the lobby.
