• We had booked haircut for my spouse (Pham, Brad) but since his golf was delayed on Friday he was not able to make for the same day since they are all booked up. They were able to rebook the following day 9am however the hairstylist was not able to do (got sick) so we were given a couple time slots to pick for same day Saturday. I left a voice message that evening it was pretty late after 9pm selected noon. That morning When I called the call center to confirm if they received message - They said he does not have an appointment for noon. They are booked up and required an appointment to show up. My spouse felt he can just walk in (Like any hair cut appointment) since it was also rainy day at Lakeway so surely may have openings. Thank you so much the owner gladly took him in at noon and personally said he will cut his hair. My spouse said it is his best haircut and felt Finley Really took the time and used all the hair tools. His haircut was clean and polished. Finley even made some awesome recommendations and places to check out in Austin. We got to go to the Domain enjoyed seeing the new shops. Thank you Finley for your customer service.🙏
