• I made an appointment for a haircut with Alexis, but after she started the haircut, another appointment arrived. My appointment was actually for a week later. She arranged to move the other customer to a later time and was able to finish my haircut. She was able to make all the changes on the computer as well. Very competent and very customer-friendly in that she could complete my haircut and still arrange for a suitable time for the other customer. I doubled her tip and would also request that management recognize her ability and willingness to accommodate us. THANKS.
