• 10/10 - there was a young guy cutting a MUCH older man's hair while I was there, and the care and thoughtfulness I could see/hear the young guy going through for the cut was fantastic. All of the bells and whistles at the shop, too. But the care seems amazing.

• Stylist was great. Don't remember her name but it was my first time at Finley's. No wait at all very customer oriented. Was in and out in like 20 minutes. I had given myself a partial cut and just needed it shaped up and styled and the stylist delivered over and above my expectations with the hot lather neck shave, wash out, and shoulder massage. Will definitely be using Finley for the foreseeable future thanks to this great stylist.
