Weak. Walk at 11:20 in the afternoon ZERO CUSTOMERS INSIDE, literally not I body in the whole place. can't take a walk in.... Suggesting BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Worst Experience of my life. Coming out of work and I arrive for the first time. No one in the place and it seems like they're arguing on who is going to cut my hair because they're all probably lazy. The guy kept saying that there was some dandruff on my head which probably because of the gel from today. He said for me to go to the doctor and made a couple of comments like he didn't want to cut my hair. Made it seem like I have a contagious disease. Straight out rude and disrespectful. Humiliating. Just wash my hair I'll pay for it. You charge double than most places anyway. I walked out. My cut is a buzz cut. Easiest cut. Don't even have to use scissors. So disappointed.

Tommy Grandin does a great job cutting my hair and is a super person. Also, I like how easy it is to schedule my appointments online, and then receive reminders via text. Great service, great haircut by an even better person...what else could I want?!!

Nobody bothered to email long term customers to alert them to price increases. I get a great haircut from a good guy (Tommy). Other than that, it isn't luxury. $40 should be top. You don't even have regular tv anymore to watch sports. It's what men like to do.

Great place. The barber that I have there is tremendous. His name is Tommy. He goes out of his way to take care of me. It is very important to find a good barber and stick with him. Tommy does an amazing job and always finds a way to fit me in for a cut.

I would say that my experience here would be like a 3/5 if my haircut wasn't absolutely botched. This is the worst cut I've gotten in like a decade. The barber basically gave me the opposite of what I wanted so yeah not a great time.
