• Needed a trim and she didn't charge me for full haircut. Tend to be right on time for appointments. Relatively quick. Only complaint is during regular haircuts the chairs are too low for the hair wash. Makes it very uncomfortable on the back and neck.

• I had Miss scheduled for a different location, do upon my arrival to staff was ridiculously welcoming and accommodating The manager of the Burnet Road store ended up being my stylist, and she did a phenomenal job touching up the beard Very much appreciated then going the extra mile to ensure that they notified the breaker location that I had arrived at a different one so I wouldn't be double-charged via mindbody, and very much appreciated the great service and personability of the manager who waited on me as well!
