• You are lucky Isabella and they lady at the front desk saved the day.... They were 100% a 10, but your website sucks. I made reservations on May 13th for May 31st. I got a couple of reminder emails and then on Friday I got a "my appointment has been canceled" wtf???? I called in as soon as i got it, but my appointment was unavailable. I'm sorry I didn't catch the lady that called me backs name, but she was able to get me with Isabella on May 30th. I'm not sure if Isabella stayed late because I was her last appointment. I'm leaving for Italy June 1st, so if this didn't work out, I would have given you a 1 and given you 1's on every social media site So thanks those two ladies!!!
