It was the best customer experience I've had to date, getting my hair cut. I felt pampered. Only complaint is your process for booking online is not great. I had to call because your site wouldn't take a gift card as payment. The process online is confusing and I find having to input card information before actually getting my haircut made me hesitant to even book an appointment. My other barber I can walk in and get a cut in half the time for half the cost (though half the pampering), no need for online booking, no confusion. I'm not sure the double price for the shampoo/massage and having to book online is worth losing the convenience of being able to stop in and get a cut whenever I want on a first come first serve basis at Danny's in Cedar Park. I'll be back, my in-store experience was wonderful. I just found the booking experience and price shocking, especially because it was asking me to pay up front.Josh S.
