Miss Ty was thoughtful, asked a lot of questions, and started with a longer clipper setting and showed it to me before advancing to a shorter one after I asked her to do so. And the extra touch of offering me a beverage to start and providing a message at the end just closed the deal! Thanks, Finley's!
