• I change my score to 8, -1 I had to wait 15 minutes, this defeats the purpose of me arriving on time to my appointment. If there is a no show/late policy, then the house should enforce it amongst themselves as well. If it generally takes 30 minutes for a service that's already half the time someone would have allotted. -1 I still think your prices are too much + 8 Cynthia understood my haircut quickly and completed the service in a timely manner whilst still paying attention to details.
