• They were super professional, matching my pace of conversation. Not too sterile, and not overly talkative. Great environment. The only thing I wanted to suggest. When doing the hot towel, it's always nice to place it on the face, and then gently press and hold for a few seconds. This removes any air gaps which can turn into cold air after a bit. Great work overall, look forward to coming back!
