• I've been a client for many years. The service is typically very good. When I went in last night, the person at the front desk was very pleasant and friendly. And even though I hadn't scheduled it, I asked if the store could accommodate a wax with my cut. The response: no problem. I really appreciated the accommodation and friendly attitude and atmosphere. Again, I usually get good service but last night was a step above.
