• Shelby was really nice. The week prior I had an 12:30 appt on a Wednesday, the stylist called and asked me to move to noon, I did. I arrived at the shop and I get a call in the parking lot telling me my stylist was running late and could I move my appointment to the next day, I couldn't. I felt a bit jerked around. But Shelby's demeanor caused a big improvement in the rating.
