How unprofessional Norma is. I literally proved I got double charged by banking screen shots. I got accused by her for trying to rip them off when I wasn't. Honestly she shouldn't have even got the tip I gave after. This shouldn't have been handled by her at all. It should have been handled by management immediately. The cashier guy messed up and I even questioned him when he ran my card twice and he said it was a system error.

Loved the lady that cut my hair. Did a fantastic job, was in and out, and was very easy to have a conversation with. Will definitely be asking for her again.

My husband and I have have been here 3 times. They gave him a great cut the first time, and we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt the next 2 times, but the last cut was SO bad, he had to shave his head before our honeymoon.
The stylist said it was "just sad" that his last stylist hadn't told him he couldn't get a certain look without product...but they were his last stylist. They were in such a hurry that his hairline wasn't even CLOSE to even; he had to return to get all of his gorgeous, curly hair shaved off.

I've always had a great experience with every haircut. If you want someone elite, choose Nicole Gonzalez. She's amazing!

Used to love this place. Had a wonderful stylist who took the time to get to know me, my hair, and my style. Hell, i even bought fresh cuts and shaves for me and my groomsmen the morning of my wedding from this great group in '18. However, times changed. My stylist moved on, my new stylist i was matched with (a nice touch from my stylist who moved away) stayed only a few additional months before leaving, and prices continued to hike. For whatever reason unbeknownst to the consumers, they just can't keep stylists really long term. If you are good with the fly by night stylist and switching every 5 months, roll on. Maybe my old soul just isn't made for a place like this anymore. The beer is a nice touch, but that seems to be the norm at a lot of places now so.. is that truly a unique selling point anymore?

The place is nice with covered parking. Scheduling is a breeze. Chrissy, who is warm, sweet and friendly, offers the best service for the price. She makes communication easy and by the third cut we landed on a great look for me - best cut I've had in many years!

Ummm... so we were unaware that they aren't allowed to trim beards/facial hair. Online it lets you book for all their services, so I booked my husband for a beard trim and the fade. When he sat down the barber told him he had to wear his mask the whole time, so we asked how they would trim the beard and they told us "we don't". So obviously we were pretty much left with no options so we had to leave without getting any services. Also we were early and they began the appointment 10min late.
Had to come back here and go from 4 stars to 1 because once we got home my husband looked at his emails and Finley's charged him a NO SHOW FEE. ?! We were there for the appointment! This place is horrible. Go somewhere else!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Daniel H.Austin, TX19515May 18, 2022

I got a couple hair cuts here years back, and they were pretty good. I have seen a pretty consistent decline in the quality of the cuts here over the past few years though.
Recently I took my son here for a cut and walked out $40 dollars lighter with a $12 super-cuts cut. Chili bowl line around his head, dumb and dumber blocked off bangs, alfalfa spike in the back, the works.
I even raised a couple of these issues with the stylist and was assured it was fine, and "just laying that way because its wet." Nope, terrible cut. Contacted Finley's to discuss, but never heard back.
