• Our (spouse and I) most recent visit was amazing! 10/10. We will definitely be back to see the same people. However the last time (also our first visit there) we went the woman who did my pedicure was terrible. She ended up cutting me and making me bleed after I had told her to be mindful trimming that toe as I have cuticle like skin underneath my nail and to please be careful.. she was not. I have gotten infections from the same thing happening before and made sure she was fully aware. She was not careful. It was very obvious that she was just going through the motions and didn't want to be there. The "massage" was just here haphazardly applying lotion to my legs. Then she just slapped on polish seeming like she didn't care how it looked at all. Her energy was very strange and I was super uncomfortable the whole time. It was so obvious she didn't want to be there or was distracted or something. It was just really awkward; plus she did a bad job and made me bleed. We made sure to avoid scheduling with her again! She was working on someone else right next to me on our recent visit and she had the same weird and uncomfortable energy as before. She had an obvious attitude of apathy, same as before. The patron next to me was clearly not happy with how her pedicure turned out, and the technician said that it will look better after she takes a shower.. ??? I'm not sure why one needs a shower for their pedicure to not look like a mess. It looked bad. My husband even noticed and commented on it later. We went together both times as we like pedicure dates. I would not w
