• I generally schedule the 10am appointment. It is EXTREMELY frustrating that your team does not open the door until 10am or after. If I have a 10am appointment, I am there 10 minutes early, and would like to be seated and have my appointment start at 10am. This has nothing to do with Karen, it is the front desk staff.
