• Michelle performed the Pixel fractional face resurfacing and offered detailed instructions, explanations, and expectations. In addition, she stopped throughout the process to check on my comfort level. Her expertise and empathy made the process a 10. For the REVIEW, I typed "9" instead of @10" because it is too soon to see beyond "red face" for "results." However, if results are good, I will return for IPL of my neck area.
