I love the studio! I love the location and the history of the building and the neighborhood. I ESPECIALLY love Katie and her Elemental Series! I have been practicing yoga for several years, and have taken the majority of my classes at the same studio in Clifton. While I love my 'original' studio, I feel I have found a new favorite in Findlay Yoga! Looking forward to continued practice at Findlay.

The feeling and look of the yoga studio has ambiance within the urban area. It's quiet with ample space to accommodate many yoga mats. The class taught by Liz was invigorating and relaxing. I left and continued the day in less pain and more peacefulness.
