• The fundamentals class is great, but it seems like there should be a more basic class to start out the brand new people (including me) with. I had some friends join that didn't even know what guard or mount was, and all the sudden they're learning arm bars and kimuras. I can see how logistically you can't get those super simple concepts in just a few minutes with this class, so it's not a big deal at all, just a thought 🤙🏻
