• The kids bjj is great and so is the adult strength and conditioning. S&C instructor is very good at helping everyone work at their own level. My only small issue is the kids bjj is so loud, I can't hear the S&C instructor but unless you can drop in some sound-absorbing panels, I don't know if that could be helped.
