• Everyone is warm, friendly, and welcoming. Despite Caleb only wanting to watch and not participate in the classes, the coaches/teachers were great at encouraging him without being too pushy. The coaches were personable specially coach Shoa ( kick boxing). It's definitely a place we like to hang out and hopefully start participating in the classes. Rosie at the front desk is the best! She's very friendly and made us feel comfortable.
