• Everyone is so friendly and Jacob really tries to help us with alternative exercises. The only thing we really wish class was at 530 or 6 so we could make more of them. Trying to get there by 5 is hard when the three of us work. But we really like the strength and agility class. We'd be there more days if the time was just a bit later.

• My son is not yet 3. The instructors have taken him in with open arms and taken special care to make sure he is included and has a good time. He is never overlooked or left out
