Had a great experience at Fellow Barber, Downtown Brooklyn.
Daniel P. was my hair stylist, and he listened to what i was looking for, and had spot-on suggestions based on my hair. I was very pleased with the hair cut. I'd definitely go back again. 5 stars!

Dario was great cutting my son Parker's hair! We were there first thing in the morning when they weren't yet busy. It was perfect! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Been here three times, asked for the same thing with different results each time. First time was okay, second was great, third was off. Came in for an undercut with the top long enough to touch my ear and got a short fade. Mentioned this to the barber who said it was definitely an undercut, so I figured once I showered it would look better but I knew it was shorter than I wanted but hey, it's hair it'll grow back. Showered when I got home and it was clear I definitely got more of a fade than anything, and it's way shorter than we talked about.

Friendly staff and good conversation with my barber, but for the price you want what you asked for and you expect consistency and I'm gonna stick with George's 2 down the street next time.

Xavier Rodriguez, took my chlorine dried, unkempt beard and made it right. Gave him some guidelines and told him where to do his thing.

Left looking clean for my new job. Even finished a bit early which I appreciate as I got all the amenities with no fluff to fill time.

My appointment experience was fine, their booking system was pretty easy. A lot of people mentioned appointment issues on here, maybe they switched to a new system, mine went easily. I could see how a bad appointment experience could make it suck though. Make sure you realize people do get behind. I do think their appointment system forces you to book a week+ in advance which is a bit excessive in my opinion but, you don't want to have room for walk in's.

A lot of complaining about price here. This ain't Super Cuts. I'm a firm believer that everyone should make a living wage, that means things cost money. If this place isn't in your budget, I understand but, don't blast them becaus its outside of your haircut price range. This place is on par with what I was paying for a "luxury" haircut in Tampa, Florida, so if anything this place is cheap for NYC.

I would add some free drinks or water for people that do have to wait, my previous barber had free beer and liquor available for clients to make it seem more lux and ease the waiting.

Got a haircut from Daniel and loved it. He was super friendly and made me feel right at home. I'm very particular with my haircut and beard trim but he nailed it!

I felt guilty though, I wanted to give him a tip but the business recently stopped allowing CC tips, only cash/Venmo.

Thanks Daniel for the excellent cut! I will be returning in 3 weeks!

Fellow barber is a failure as concept. There is nothing here worth $60 a haircut. For this price you can go to John Allen where you get free drinks, and they wash your hair twice with massage.

However there are certain things that are very good. Notably:

- haircut i got from Tighe Phillips is probably the beat I ever had in my life
- place open late like 8pm
- you can book online
- you can tip using venmo

Dario is a genius. I've never loved my hair more than since I've been going to him. He listens, he's creative, he's talented. Best barber in the game.

Great barbers, real shame the management is extremely rude and unprofessional. Won't be coming back.

Lisa was very patient with my son and gave him his best hair cut yet. We will definitely be back for his next one.

Alanna gave me a great haircut! Skilled with the clippers and very precise, she knows how to ask the right questions to make sure you get the cut you envision.
