It is a very pleasant & serene atmosphere. But most all, it is the people who work there. They are friendly & kind. MIichelle, the owner, is very knowledgeable and takes the time to educate her clients. Best of all, she caters to you & makes sure you are comfortable during your stay in every way possible!! She is a very caring person and pampers you. I felt like I have known her for many years.
